Most mail servers implement message size limits, with 50MB being a reasonably common number. That's because email is a very poor mechanism for moving such large files around. It really isn't designed for it.

A far, far better solution is to upload the file to a web server and send a link to the server in the email. That way the recipient can get the message in an instant, and retrieve the file at their leisure (while doing other tasks, unlike downloading email, which is a linear task).

If email really, absolutely, truly is your only option then you're probably going to need to chop that movie file into smaller chunks that will fit within the mail servers' limits. .rar is a common file format for this task. Check out SimplyRAR for one way of creating .rar archives, and make sure your recipient has some way to merge the chunks back into a unified file.
